Tracey Jones is an engaging, energetic and professional Mental Health First Aid Instructor. With a strong passion in advocating for community and workplace/ employee knowledge and understanding, she brings a warmth and empathy to Mental Health First Aid Training. Mid 2021 she will complete a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science online through Deakin University Melbourne, and is a student member of the Australian Psychological Society and has completed a Bachelor of Business through QUT.

She has an extensive background in Specialist Human Resources and Employment Advisory/ Workplace Relations roles. This included supporting complex employee situations and those involving mental health, in a large multi-disciplinary remote workforce. Tracey is an experienced trainer having rolled out a number of in-house workshops on Leadership, Managing Performance and Conduct, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Behavioural Interviewing, and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She has local and international experience in diverse industries including Aviation, Recruitment, and Local Government.

Tracey is available to present Mental Health First Aid courses in a range of organisational settings, either within the workplace or at another organised venue and is able to travel to any Australian location as required.
